Dotcombusiness in Heesch has been a successful SAP Business One partner since 2004. A far-reaching joint venture was recently entered into with Serac, under which Serac will be providing SAP consultancy and support. This brings the extensive SAP knowledge present at Serac and Serac's Add-on products within the reach of the customers of Dotcombusiness. Dotcombusiness can focus 100% on the supply and management of networks. The current SAP consultants of Dotcombusiness will strengthen the team at Serac.

Support for Sizes and Colours

In a number of sectors, it is important for an efficient article management to be able to manage Sizes and Colours. Serac recently developed an Add-on which makes it possible to create multiple ‘article dimensions’. SAP Business One and Retail XML can now be used successfully in fashion retail and wholesale businesses. The final touches are currently being made to this Add-on, in close consultation with a small number of pilot customers.
Apple Benelux chooses SAP Business One and Retail XML.

The Apple Premium resellers form the most important sales channel for Apple. Excellent logistics at the dealers is in the interest of both Apple and the dealers. Apple commissioned us to develop a specific Add-on and to make Retail XML suitable for Mac OS. It is planned that the system will be used in around eighty shops.

MacHouse shops live

Stonehouse, the largest Apple dealer in the Netherlands, with MacHouse shops in Woerden, Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Hilversum was the first dealer to try the system. After a successful implementation lasting several months, the system was taken into use in all the shops simultaneously. Stonehouse’s entire goods flow is supported by Scanning XML.



Connection to open source Webshop

There is increasing interest in open-source webshops. Serac has developed an integration Add-on for SAP Business One. Total management of the data takes place in SAP and web orders are entered automatically in SAP. A number of customers are now successfully operational. In addition to this integration Add-on, Serac also supplies the standard web shop of SAP.

Ticket Office online

Philips Ticket Office is the internal events agency of Philips. More than 150,000 users can book around 200 events a year online. SAP Business One takes care of the entire administrative processing. The hosting and management is carried out by Serac.
