All specialist positions at Serac require a completed higher vocational training or an academic qualification and several years' experience in computer systems.

New Serac staff always have extensive work experience of at least 3-5 years in a similar position, or after they start at Serac they are expected to participate in Serac's annual Masterclass programme.
