Our Application Service Provision (ASP) is our most extensive service. You rent a connection at our computer centre for a fixed monthly payment. The number of workstations is not important. Serac makes all the investments and is responsible for all the technology.
A number of customers have been using our ASP services for many years already. Serac centrally looks after more than 1000 workstations each day. We provide these services on the basis of a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Aspects such as availability, performance, fallback and maintenance are guaranteed under this service provision. Because we constantly monitor the correct operation of the systems, you are always guaranteed the problem-free functioning of your SAP Business One environment. And all for a fixed management fee. Our ASP customers all have one thing in common: they can concentrate on their own work, without interruption.
