You can download Teamviewer from this page. This external program allows Serac to provide support by taking over a computer. You will find instructions for downloading Teamviewer below.
Click on the link above and then on “Execute”. You may also save the program before executing it.
Give the “ID” and “Password” that appear on screen to the Serac employee.
