A two-way integration has been set up between SAP Business One and Salesforce. This customer specific solution is designed in such a way that all master data is managed within the central ERP system (SAP B1) while Salesforce is used for a number of specific CRM activities. The CRM data is created in SAP Business One in which it enters via e.g. the Magento webstore. At that point the CRM data is synchronized with Salesforce. This data can then be used for CRM specific activities in Salesforce. A synchronization was set up for the following objects:


  • Customer masterdata, including contact persons & addresses
  • Sales quotations
  • Sales orders
  • Sales deliveries
  • Sales returns
  • Item Master Data
  • Prices, pricelists, including customer specific prices
